Unfortunately at the current moment, booking system doesn’t allow for multiple stop selection however if your traveling with a party that is staying at multiple locations that are literally minutes apart, we wont have a problem leaving the other part of the group at their destination.

It varies depending on your location. Within Montego Bay your transfer should be within one hour, within Trelawney your transfer should take 45 minutes to an hour and a half, within St. Ann your transfer should take an hour and a half to two and a half hours likewise for Negril.

No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.

Our simple refund policy: Within 48 hours of booking if you choose to cancel your reservation you will receive full refund minus any fees for processing, after 48 hours you only receive 50% of your deposit if you decide to cancel. You wont be eligible for a refund if your reservation is made 7 days prior to checking in.

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours, transfers or check ins. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the normal operations.

If you are at the airport the driver will meet you at the exit/pickup location the driver will have your name card waiting on you.
In the case of a hotel pickup there is usually a designated pickup location, the driver will ask the front desk attendant direction to that location, other wise the driver will meet you by the front desk or attempt to make contact via phone.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.
